You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account and use any service on zoro10. By completing registration, you represent and warrant that you are 21 or older. If zoro10 determines at any time that you are under 21, your Account will be immediately closed, all pending transactions cancelled, and any balance forfeited.
zoro10 primarily serves Players who are residents of Indonesia or who access the Platform from jurisdictions where doing so is not prohibited by local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of zoro10 complies with the laws of your jurisdiction before registering. zoro10 does not accept registrations from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by statute.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one Account on zoro10. Accepted KYC documents include a valid Indonesian national identity card (KTP), passport, or driver's license, plus proof of payment method ownership. Any suspicious transaction activity may be reported to relevant authorities, and the associated Account will be suspended pending investigation. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and this Agreement, the specific promotion terms shall prevail in relation to that promotion.
Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games or bet types, minimum odds, and validity period are specified per promotion. Bonus funds and real-money funds are tracked separately; real-money funds are used first when placing bets.
zoro10 reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to suspend or close the Account of any Player who is found to be abusing the bonus system. Abuse includes but is not limited to: claiming multiple accounts to receive the same promotion, placing opposing bets to minimise risk artificially ("bonus arbitrage"), exploiting technical errors, or coordinating with other Players to fulfil wagering requirements in a manner contrary to the spirit of the promotion.
zoro10 periodically offers promotions tied to Indonesian cultural and sporting events, including Idul Fitri, Indonesian Independence Day (17 August), the Ramadhan period, and major sporting fixtures such as BRI Liga 1 matches and Champions League finals. These promotions are subject to their own individual terms and are available for a limited time only.
zoro10 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time and without prior notice. Changes will not affect any bonuses that have already been fully claimed and are undergoing a valid wagering period at the time of the change.
All sports bets placed on zoro10, including straight bets, Asian handicap wagers, mix parlay (accumulator) bets, and over/under markets, are governed by the sportsbook rules published on the Platform. zoro10 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably believes that a Player has breached any provision of this Agreement, has provided false information, is engaged in fraudulent or criminal activity, or where closure is required by applicable law or regulatory obligation. Upon Account closure for cause, any balance may be withheld pending investigation.
You may request to close your Account at any time by contacting zoro10 support. Prior to closure, any pending wagering requirements on active bonuses will be forfeited. Any real-money balance remaining in your Account at the time of closure will be refunded to your verified payment method, subject to satisfactory KYC verification, within a reasonable timeframe.
Upon Account closure, your licence to access and use the Platform is revoked. Provisions of this Agreement that by their nature should survive termination — including but not limited to intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, and governing law — shall continue in full force and effect.
This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which zoro10 is licensed and operated.
Any dispute that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be referred to binding arbitration under internationally recognised arbitration rules. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English. Each party shall bear its own legal costs unless the arbitrator determines otherwise.
Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect proprietary or confidential information.
zoro10 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, zoro10 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via a notice posted on the Platform or by email to the address registered to your Account. The revised Terms & Conditions will display the updated "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
Your continued use of zoro10 following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Clause 12.2 above.
